Julie Karafa has more than 25 years of experience in Senior Living Services, guiding organizations toward operational excellence and financial sustainability. As a Manager with Wipfli Advisory LLC, Julie specializes in Revenue Cycle Management, Healthcare Compliance, and strategic initiatives that improve efficiency and quality of care. Her credentials include CRCR, CSPR, and RAC-CT certifications, reflecting deep expertise in regulatory compliance and clinical assessment standards. Julie is passionate about helping senior living communities navigate complex challenges, implement best practices, and achieve measurable outcomes. Through her work, Julie has led numerous Operational Excellence Initiatives, empowering teams to streamline processes, enhance compliance, and delivering exceptional resident experiences. Sarah Benoit | Senior Consultant, WIPFLI
Sarah brings over 20 years of experience in revenue cycle, with a focus on Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute Care. She has served in a variety of roles in the industry, including positions within admissions, medical records, business office management, billing, and revenue cycle departments. Having a well-rounded understanding of positions held internally has provided creative thinking on collections and end stages of revenue cycle. Sarah celebrated her 9th year with Wipfli this month. She enjoys leading and guiding her team both in the US and in India.
