IHCA has once again planned a Convention & Expo full of educational sessions on key topics for long term care professionals, Continuing Education Credits for six different disciplines, an Expo featuring booths from a variety of companies, and plenty of time to network and have fun with colleagues and friends.

With a variety of registration options, the IHCA Convention and Expo offers the most cost-effective way to educate and motivate your staff. This event offers long term care professionals the flexibility to earn the continuing education credits they need and learn about the latest products and services that can help them in their daily operations, while only being out of their facilities for a short period of time.

All registrations include access to any educational sessions they wish to attend, the expo, complimentary lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday, and entrance to Convention events. 

Registration

IHCA offers registration options for IHCA members and non-members. IHCA members may register at a discounted rate. 

REGISTER EARLY AND SAVE! Early Bird Registration opens July 1, 2026, and ends August 14, 2026. 

Registration Options: 

  • Individual Registration
  • Small Group Registration (3 to 10 individuals)
  • Large Group Registration (11 to 20 individuals)

*Please note: Group Registrations must adhere to the Convention Registration Policies. These policies can be found on the registration page. Vendor companies do not qualify for Individual or Group Registrations. They must be an Exhibitor to attend.
