Megan Kester is an award-winning Purchasing Consultant and accomplished consultative sales leader, mentor and subject matter expert with nearly two decades of experience serving senior living and healthcare organizations. Currently a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) Purchasing Consultant with Aramark/HPSI, she specializes in helping providers improve financial performance through strategic supplier alignment, cost control, and long-term relationship development.

With prior leadership roles spanning healthcare services, waste management, and long-term care operations, Megan brings a practical, operator-minded perspective to financial strategy. Her work is grounded in real-world application, making her a trusted advisor to administrators navigating rising costs, reimbursement pressure, and competitive market conditions.
